Besides, all incoming orders that reach Messe Düsseldorf less than 21 calendar days before the assembly period are subject to a late delivery charge of 35% on all prices and charges. This also applies to any documents that still require clarification or which are still incomplete by that date.
The maximum load per ceiling intersection / suspension must not exceed 50 kg. Should you wish to introduce higher loads, please send your enquiry for further consideration as early as possible to: TR-Service@messe-duesseldorf.de.
Prices include material (for rent), assembly / disassembly.

Direct suspensions are possible from the intersections (small circles) indicated on our ground plan sketch. On the direct line between these points mounting is only possible with auxiliary structures (BE1307). Add to this the ring attachments necessary for mounting (see "Examples for Auxiliary Structures.pdf")
In Halls 15 – 17 exhibitors are not permitted to use chain hoists for mounting suspended structures since chain hoists must not be fastened to the 4mm wire rope of Messe Düsseldorf! Mounting may only be carried out using lifting devices from the floor. Or else mounting can only be performed by our service partners and after static testing.
